We care a great deal about your satisfaction and want you to love every one of our products. That's why you can try our bedding for 100 days from the date of purchase – and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it.

Please note the following:

Items must be in a condition suitable for donation – free from stains, tears and odours – to qualify for a return. We cover the return shipping costs within Germany.

For each fabric, you can try one item and return it used. Please return all other items unused and unwashed. The trial applies once per fabric and per customer or delivery address. This helps us reduce waste.

For promotions such as "Buy one, get one free", the free promotional item must also be returned if you return the purchased item. For example, a free pillowcase received through such a promotion must be returned together with the purchased item.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

We want your experience with us to be as pleasant and smooth as possible!

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out immediately via chat or email us at support@amqua.com. We work quickly to dispatch orders, so while we'll try our best to accommodate your request, we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. If we can't make the requested change, you'll need to accept delivery and then return the item. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. After processing, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect with your payment provider.

Yes. You can also try reduced and clearance sale items for 100 days from the date of purchase and return them – on the same terms as all other items.

Occasionally, an out-of-stock item may still appear as available on our site. If this occurs, we'll cancel the unavailable item and issue an immediate refund to avoid any indefinite waiting on your part.

Our fitted sheets comfortably fit mattresses up to 30 cm high (35 cm side height, 32 cm at most), with an extra 5 cm of fabric to ensure a snug fit beneath the mattress.

Our bed linen can be washed at 60°C, but we recommend a gentler 40°C cycle and tumble drying on a low setting for longevity. A 40°C wash is sufficient for cleanliness and is better for the environment due to lower energy consumption.

Yes, our bed linen can be tumble dried. For the best care, however, air-drying is recommended.

While our bed linen is designed to be easy to iron, the choice is yours. Many customers enjoy the casual, un-ironed appearance.

Absolutely, our bedding is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring it's free from harmful substances.

Our OEKO-TEX certification guarantees the absence of harmful chemicals, making a pre-use wash optional. However, a preliminary wash is advised for the freshest experience.

Unlike many other brands, we opt not to use chemicals for permanent wrinkle resistance in our bed linen. As a natural characteristic of 100% cotton, our bed linen does exhibit some wrinkling. However, our use of superior-quality, extra-long staple Egyptian cotton means it wrinkles less than other cotton varieties. Moreover, you'll notice the fabric wrinkles less over time with each wash and extended use. To minimize significant creasing, we suggest avoiding tumble drying. If you do use a dryer, we recommend taking the bed linen out 5 minutes before the cycle ends and laying it flat to finish drying, ensuring a smoother finish.

Our Egyptian cotton (Mako sateen), Heritage and Premium Flannel collections are made by experienced artisans at a family-run weaving mill in Portugal – in its third generation, for more than 90 years. Percale, organic cotton sateen, TENCEL™ Lyocell and Muslin are made at a Fairtrade and GOTS-certified manufacturer in India, also in its third generation, for 79 years.

Our 2-year quality warranty protects you against material and manufacturing defects such as faulty zips, pilling, pulled threads, tears and fraying – provided the care instructions have been followed.

If your product experiences any covered damages, please contact our customer service with a brief message and photos of the damage. We'll review your claim and, if valid, replace the item at no cost.

Under our 2-year warranty, we replace items free of charge if they show tears, pulled threads or fraying even though the care instructions have been followed. If no replacement is available, we will refund the purchase price.

Within Germany, delivery takes 1-3 working days; international shipments take 3-5 working days. All orders are currently packed and shipped within 24 hours. If there are any delays, we will let you know straight away.
