How do shipping and returns work?
Shipment
We ship your order from Germany. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days within Germany and 3-5 working days for international shipments outside Germany. You will always receive a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order at any time. If unexpected delays occur, we apologize and ask you to contact us at support@amqua.com .
Shipping and return costs
For orders within Germany, we offer free shipping and free returns. For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €10. If you are returning from abroad, please arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.

How do I get a return label?
Generate a DHL return label easily through our online portal. If you encounter any issues, our customer service team at support@amqua.com is here to help.
What is the timeframe for refunds?
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. After processing, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect with your payment provider.
How can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out immediately via chat or email us at support@amqua.com. We work quickly to dispatch orders, so while we'll try our best to accommodate your request, we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. If we can't make the requested change, you'll need to accept delivery and then return the item. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse.
What happens if an item in my order is cancelled?
Occasionally, an out-of-stock item may still appear as available on our site. If this occurs, we'll cancel the unavailable item and issue an immediate refund to avoid any indefinite waiting on your part.
