At Amqua, we are confident in the quality of our bedding and want you to experience real comfort without any risk. That's why we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all of our bedding. Try it out at home - and if you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for free .
To ensure fairness and sustainability, please note the following conditions:
1. Conditions for returns
- Returned items must be in a usable condition , i.e. they must not have any stains, tears or unpleasant odors.
- Products that have been excessively used, damaged or altered are not returnable.
2. One-time test phase per product type and collection
- If you return a product under our 100-Night Sleep Trial , you will not be eligible for a trial period again for future purchases of the same product type and collection.
- For example, if you return a pillowcase from the Heritage Collection, future pillowcase purchases from that collection will not be eligible for a sleep trial guarantee.
- To avoid unnecessary returns and waste, only one return per product type and collection is possible per customer or delivery address.
3. Advertising & bundle offers
- If you received a free promotional product as part of a promotion (e.g. "buy 1, get 1 free"), this must also be returned when you return the purchased product.
- Example: If you received a free pillowcase as part of a promotion and would like to return the corresponding purchased product, the free pillowcase must also be returned.
4. Easy & free returns
- If your return meets the above conditions, we will cover the return costs within Germany .
- After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made to the original method of payment .
