Amqua 100-Day Sleep Trial

At Amqua, we believe in the quality of our bedding and want you to experience real comfort without any risk. That's why we offer a 100-day sleep trial from the date of purchase on all our bedding. Take your time to try the products at home – and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return them free of charge.

To keep things fair and sustainable, please note the following conditions:

1. Conditions for returns

  • Returned items must be in a reusable condition, i.e. free from stains, tears or unpleasant odours, so that we can still donate them.
  • Products that have been excessively used, damaged or altered cannot be returned.

2. One used item per fabric – once per customer

  • For each fabric, you can try one item and return it used. Please return all other items unused and unwashed.
  • Example: If you have used a percale fitted sheet and percale pillowcases, one of the two items will be refunded. The same applies to two identical items, e.g. two percale fitted sheets.
  • The trial applies once per fabric and per customer or delivery address: if you have returned an Egyptian cotton (mako sateen) item during the sleep trial, you cannot trial this fabric again on later purchases.

3. Promotional & bundle offers

  • If you received a free promotional product as part of a promotion (e.g. "Buy 1, get 1 free"), it must also be returned if you return the purchased product.
  • Example: If you received a free pillowcase as part of a promotion and would like to return the related purchased product, the free pillowcase must be returned as well.

4. Easy & free returns

  • If your return meets the conditions above, we cover the return costs within Germany.

  • Once we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 days; it may take another 3–5 working days for the refund to appear.
